Terms of Service

These terms cover the Mac and Windows apps we sell on this website (currently KoalaShot, TidyCub; together, the "Apps") and the website itself. The Apps are made by JI'AN WANGDONG TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (吉安市旺东科技有限公司), a limited liability company registered in the People's Republic of China (Unified Social Credit Code 91360802MADAP1JBXQ), at Room 806, No.801, Zongshanghui Building, No.9 Jinggangshan Avenue, Jizhou District, Ji'an, Jiangxi 343000, China ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or buying an App, you agree to these terms.

1. Free trial

Every App can be used free for 7 days from the first time you open it on a computer, with all features. You don't need an account. When the trial ends, the App keeps opening, but its features are locked until you buy a license. Your files and settings stay where they are.

2. What you get when you buy

• A one-time purchase of an App gives you a perpetual license for that App: you can keep using it for as long as you like, with no subscription.
• One license works on up to 3 computers that you own or use. You can move it between computers yourself, from the App's settings or from our license page.
• Updates to the App we release are included at no extra charge.
• Each App is sold separately. A license for one App doesn't unlock another.

3. License rules

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App under these terms. Please don't share your license key publicly, resell it, or use one license on more computers than it allows. Don't reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Apps, except where the law says you may. We may limit how often a license can be moved between computers to stop abuse, and we may deactivate a license that has been shared publicly or bought with a fraudulent payment.

4. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available, and any sales tax or VAT is added by Paddle based on where you live.

5. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy. A full refund ends the license.

6. How the license check works

To start the trial, activate a license, and count computers, the App sends our license server a one-way, salted hash of your computer's hardware ID, its model and macOS or Windows version, and your license key. It does not send your name, email, files, or anything you capture or clean. Details are in our Privacy Policy. If you're offline, the App keeps working; it checks in when it's back online.

7. Your content

The Apps work on your computer. Screenshots, recordings, files, and anything else you create or manage with them stay on your computer and belong to you. We never upload them.

8. Warranty and liability

We work hard to make the Apps reliable, and apps that move files send them to the Trash first so you can undo. Still, the Apps are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an App is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited by contract.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll post it here with a new date. Changes don't take away a license you already bought.
